4 hours. 12 clients. Endless insights.
That’s how we kicked off our very first Influencer Marketing Circle, in Berlin.
The idea was simple: bring together smart marketers, skip the fluff, and go deep into what’s really driving performance in influencer marketing today.
Spoiler: it worked.
Why the IM Circle?
In influencer marketing, we spend a lot of time operating the day-to-day of our campaigns—but rarely do we take time to learn with and from each other.
That's where the IM Circle comes in: a private, invite-only gathering for client-side marketers who want to share learnings, sharpen their thinking, and talk candidly about what’s working—and what’s not.
Berlin was our first stop, and the energy in the room made it clear: this kind of space has been missing in Europe.
A Gap in the Market
One of our attendees put it best:
“I previously benefited from US-based committees (like the Creator Economy and Audio Committees run by marketing associations), where brand-to-brand and cross-industry networking was the norm. But there’s a real lack of similar spaces in Europe—especially in Berlin—for brands in influencer marketing to connect, share challenges, and learn from each other.”
And they're right.
While the U.S. has fostered strong communities through formal committees, learning-focused events, and cross-industry collaboration, the EU—despite its rich talent and market maturity—hasn’t caught up in this regard.
Most European events are either:
Too vendor-driven
Too broad (grouping influencer marketing under other marketing channels)
Or too one-sided, focused on creators
The IM Circle is here to change that: A space where brands can talk to brands.
What We Talked About
In this first session, these were the most debated (and loved) topics:
Attribution challenges
CPMs rise
Testing frameworks
ROAS vs long term
TikTok & Live
AI & future
Boosting & UGC strategies
Each one sparked deep conversation—and real takeaways.
What’s Next
Berlin was just the beginning.
We’re already planning the next Circles in other cities—places where performance marketing is growing fast, but where true peer-to-peer spaces are still rare.
If you’re a marketer tired of generic panels and craving deeper conversations, come join the Circle.
